The Emma Nut

Well, we have had an exciting last few weeks. Over spring break we went to Washington DC to visit my dad. While there we went to Arlington Cemetery, The National Cathedral and a few other places such as a tour of the Capitol. It was a lot of fun to relax in some comparatively nice weather. Part of our travels took us from Baltimore to DC on a train. My dad went out of his way to give a fun train ride to Emma. When we boarded on the platform the conductor was even nice enough to yell, "All aboard!" He also stamped some tickets and gave them to Emma when he came around the cabin. Dennis had his 28th birthday and we celebrated our 6th anniversary while there.

As always, Emma is a nut who loves to be silly when not in public. She loves to go to the playground, and she also likes to play with her friend Macie. William is still growing. He weighs about three pounds less than Emma now. He loves to walk around the house banging into things, and put things "away," whether that be in the toy box, the garbage, the bathtub, or the VCR. He is a happy kid. More on him another time.
